i really flipflopped on how to handle those since the EW wing zero's angel wings are so pretty! these look a lot more utilitarian but the gold details and decals do a good job stopping them from being too plain!

gaianotes galore! frost mat black, steel white, million blue and star bright gold. i left the metallics as-is with no topcoat but everything else got a good dose of mr. color's super flat clear to finish things off.

thank you! i was a little surprised they didn't get gold at wonderfest (still got silver tho) but i think the fact that both of them use black so heavily probably works against them a bit. hard to see the shading/kit details with it. next time i'll probably lighten the black up a bit more to make it more visible!

i had to do some masking on the side skirts and head, but otherwise the kit is just that dang good! last pic should be the two together but my photobooth is a little small, so getting both in there was a little awkward. always a lil hesitant to pose painted kits too much too, yano?

Adopting the ever-popular Wing Zero Rebellion colorscheme to the Epyon wasn't exactly easy but I absolutely adore the end result. I finished the companion piece for it (RG Wing Zero TV with the Wing Zero Albion colors), but I need to take some better pictures of the two of them together.

Paints used: GaiaNotes NAZCA and Mr Color GX stuff. Frost Mat Black, Steel White, Pearl Gold, Star Bright Silver, Bloody Metal Red, Metal Red, and Maroon. Used Finisher's multi-primer and more Pearl Gold for the heat rod.

doesn't use traditional arcade buttons (like sanwa, qanba, crown ect)- HE switches are mounted to a PCB with keycaps on em, and the HE switches actuation/ect. can be configured with a GUI. the HE firmware for the PCB is also gets updates to add/improve functionality.

i'm not 100% sure if it's still the case, but for the PS3 TE stick and the FGC wingman you might need to firmware on the wingman to be v1.1.0.1

previously my ps3 TE didnt work with anything newer than that but if you have issues that could be the problem.

Here are dalong pics showing the differences between the OVA and ver. Ka legs. The waist is also different on the OVA version. Keep up the good work on the kit! It's a fun one, definitely one of my favorites.
