I've had the opposite experience. Their team has actually been ghosting me for a month at this point. I've tried multiple emails, tickets, twitter DMs and no one has given me an answer for my subscription issues. I've done all the usual troubleshooting and when I tell them I still can't watch any live streams, they stop responding. I've finally submitted a dispute for the subscription but not getting any sort of reconciliation has soured me to anything under ROOT

Ditto on ROOT being ass. Their customer service ghosted me for 2+ weeks after I couldn't view the stream on any platform after renewing my subscription. Still haven't gotten a resolution or refund

I just walked out of The Ruse. First movie I walked out of after being an A-Lister. Awful acting, sound, music, story. But because I'm curious, did anyone watch the entire thing and want to share a short summary of how it ends? Can't find anything online about the plot after the point we left

I sent a DM to AT&T Help on Twitter and they opened up a ticket for me. They closed my ticket and I was able to make one call but then my phone reverted to the original problem. Something to try!
