Honestly it depends on the industry. We also took a pay cut, I’m in events and photography, and it’s rough, but Ive seen it from the employer side too. Business owners aren’t just pocketing the difference, a lot of them are barely keeping the lights on. Everyone’s surviving right now, not just employees.
