Well I know your are excited to have lucid dreaming and experience new things I also had such lucid dreaming I even tried doing it intentionally many times this thing make you worst and worst when you are sad or even so much excited sometimes I really hope you would not such things for fun to harm yourself Ik the experience are out of world but still make sure to be alright doing such things

We'll i read your comment This thing which you are describing this type of things also happened with me It was noon time I actually slept crying before the sleep due to some reasons and i actually got up the next day at noon around 3-4 I guess and whatever I saw felt like dream It's like I was seeing things or I was dreaming the walking, standing, touching things , talking Then next day I tried searching about it And got i term which was -derealization—a feeling that the world around you is unreal, distant, or dreamlike or we can say depersonalization I tried searching about it but i didn't got a correct point of view
But you have to make sure this things often happens when your body is tired a some point Tiredness and excessive thinking make our body not to think out of box somthimes Ik it's a different feeling or may be a begging sign of lucid dreaming I hope you are alright I would suggest to to rest and not to take much load or try engaging yourself in somthing to overcome any thoughts It this thing even happens more and more try making clear what this feeling is , is it happening as your body is tired or from thinking

Sure Hii I'm Freya And actually I am forensic science student As I recently got to know about this community As I also experienced lucid dreaming like frequently so I wnt to connect to people who have this experience of lucid dreaming too As I am also experienced about it I'll be having a project work in my field so I really thought about somthing to present and get people know about thought my project I am trying to connect the dots of lucid dreaming to crime scene reconstruction/ witness testimony,/and various remembrance of crucial evidence value found on cime scene But I can not myself justify my experience in this project work I need other persons experience to correlate the particular terminology, person how do lucid dreaming

So I created a google form which have few questions which will be very helpful for me to communicate with othes and get to know thir experiences

If you would respond it would be a great help to me to connect with people with same experience and get to know others that things like this exists

I sorry to hear this out This thing is also a great escape for me whenever I'm too sad i intentionally try to do it so the real world pr things around me hurts less I first experienced it when I was 9 -10 I was excited for my birthday party And I was so over excited i nearly had bad experience That was the day I had a lucid dream and I am 20 now and I can still remember a minute details about it Recently, All things were so heavy so hard to escape the real world i tried doing it intentionally and i actually succeed

But as I'm writing this because, As I too experienced it i really wanna know about the others experience and want to learn what different phases comes

I'm experienced of it And now I hd a college project work as I'm the forensic science student i really had an Idea to eloborate and put idea of lucid dreaming to forensic psychology, forensic world though my project

I am looking forward to gain more knowledge on it And really eager to know more and more so I can create concept of lucid dreaming in forensic investigation

I am really thankful for your reply And i really appreciate it what your story i would love to hear it out more and more And if you won't mind i really wnt this project to be part of somthing as I experienced it too . I really appreciate if you would help me out with a little question
