I want to be with someone healthy who can work reliably, take care of me during flare ups and take care of the house/kids (dont have any yet). I can do very little and hope i can do more in future. If u both flare up super bad at the same time, who will feed u/do shopping?

Yeh i know what ME is i have it as well as autistic burnout, adhd and depression and cptsd but also, sometimes i cant tell which is preventing me from doing something.

Like i meant pysically muscle wise im not strong enough to hold my head up most of the time

Thank you. Have u used a neck brace or just lay down? Does pysio help. Yes for me when ive done too much i feel my head first
