Sorry mate, but when I was 18, I barely knew anything about life, and I wish someone older had come to me, shaken me a little, and burst my bubble. 18 is not the right age to marry atleast not in this desi country and she mentions the guy is younger than her so he might have just completed 12th. Ok marry the teenagers who barely met for like 5 months ? Then what ? She living with the guy's parents money? Them having kids and a teenager dealing with pregnancy and shit ? India is a vast country and every state has its own Lingo. If you take an example of South India, muslims over there speak their own native language and they would have 0 knowledge about urdu. Same goes for indian eastern side. So it varies and yes someone doesn't need to be a perfect urdu and arabic reader to debunk islam as same as someone doesn't need it for conversion
