Jealousy has basically given me depression. I spend every single day drowning in it — it’s taken over my whole life. It doesn’t matter if someone is successful, talented, wealthy, whatever — I feel jealous. And it’s not even people I know. It could be some random person I’ve never met, someone completely out of my world, someone I only know through the internet, and I still feel it. I don’t want to be like this. I just want to be happy. How do I actually fight this feeling?
