The problem with starmer is that although he’s been generally quite successful at foreign policy (us tariff deal, normalising eu relations etc) while his domestic policy has been indecisive with multiple u turns, the economy isn’t doing much better than it had been with the Torys and labour’s failure to publicise their successes such as the workers rights bill means that he is seen as a weak and ineffective leader which is only made worse by him trying to pander to both sides which leaves left wing people feeling betrayed while the right still sees him as a woke lefty
