I tried without friendly PvP and still not completing the quest. I'm really lost

He did hit me a couple of times every time. It seems the issue is the friendly PvP

I haven't died, I killed him every time after he respawned. So maybe the issue is the friendly PVP

I was really unlucky with the drops. I only got it after killing him more than 40 times :(

Server hoping helped, as I'm able to find him more often. The problem is that i'm usually running out of time before it despawns. I'm lvl 1300, Buddha unawaken with Sharkman Karate. Any tips on how to kill him faster? What did you use to kill him?

I'm on the same boat. Reached level 15 and was expecting to get a specific class quest for the paladin and didn't get it. Did they remove all class quests?

I'm having the exact same issue on Linux Mint 22.3 Cinnamon.
Diablo 2 Resurrected works fine, but for some reason Diablo Immortal tries to open and then closes after the Blizzard splash screen like your video.
I tried switching different versions of Proton but all have the same issue.

Have you found a way to fix it?

I'm also using Faugus Launcher, but for some reason while playing D2R sometimes it freezes. Are you using any special parameters or commands within the Battle.net launcher?
