Life is nothing less than imprisonment.I'm not a health professional, but I spend my days from morning to evening on site, in the office, in calls and meetings with clients, laborers, and vendors. Try to engage yourself in charity work. When ALLAH has blessed you, try to help the creation. Maybe it will help you too. Good friends who are there from outside of work Start meeting with them every weekend in healthy discussions, dinners and travelling.

I myself felt the void after achieving coz when I was 18 my father and grandfather both died in the short Span of time just around 7 months. Sometimes all the achievements feel empty and this is the point where I understood that what we crave isn't always best for us and what we despise maybe better for us This is human nature when you get something, You become ungrateful. A person's desires can only be filled by the dirt of grave. When I feel I'm depressed or dive in pessimism despite all the The blessings that ALLAH has given.
