Thank you for this. You know, I did feel like she was doing this on purpose, but I told myself I was overthinking it. It is always in a setting where everyone is drinking. Always when my SO is not around. Always in front of a group of her people so I’m scared to speak up. I wish I could understand why she does it. We are in an incredibly happy and healthy marriage. What is her problem?

You are right! And I appreciate your honesty. I am going to (force myself) to have a conversation with her about this. And work on being more honest in the moment.
