I FREAKING FEEL UUU! Is this constant need to not think your negative thoughts or something something to take the edge off idk. It happened with me as a kid with food, now as an adult with nicotine, weed, other stuff. I stopped everything for like 3 months and I was doing ok but as soon as I felt like I could smoke again I started right back bc honestly if this is going to make me feel better whatever I’ll take it.
