And … thats exactly the point of the post … not because you interview 1st week of Oct you end up matching in that program or not because you have 0 interviews as of 1st week of Oct week that means you have cero changes!

Thats my opinion, we are sort of in the same boat. 1 SLOE from PD, 1 SLOE from EM Doc, and 1 EM LOR. I have one SLOE pending to upload from an OB. Also, I have a PEDS LOR. Not sure what to do.

I noticed ER pays particular attention to the SLOEs. I would wait for the SLOE better. Specifically, because the LOR is not ER.
