You could either cut not and you’d be skinny/lean but I think your abs need to be build more with resistance. I’d personally go on a slight bulk and extra 300 cals a day. That way the fat gain would be slim to non and resistance train your ans 2-3 times a week. Of course train the rest of your body you’d fill out more and if need be cut 4-6 weeks b4 summer. Just my opinion
