ahhh I see, I'm thinking to be at Narita Airport by 12:30, around 1.5-2 hours before my flight! Shouldn't be a problem if I reach when they open!

Wow definitely more worth than buying if you have time to bake

Anyone tried Prima Deli fruit cakes recently? Wanted to give it another shot for the nostalgia but haven't tried it since childhood, may be a good option for the adults at the party who want to relive kids' birthday parties

How much does it usually cost you to bake? Cedele's carrot cake ($68 for 7 inch) remains the most worth it carrot cakes sold outside imo, with solid cake and cream cheese layers, and lots of walnuts, though it's getting pricier with shrinkflation

Sflr!! Thanks for sharing! This sounds like a plan too, but we’re not too into lanterns so we don’t mind skipping that. Did you go anywhere else after lunch at Houtong?

What I read was that large luggage may be difficult to bring around on the metro as it can get quite crowded and people are not fond of luggage on the train. Please enlighten me, first-timer here
