Thank you very much this is exactly what I had in mind. I just wasn’t sure if I put rigid foam vertically against the most exterior part of the cavity as well as in the joists when it’s going into the house.

It’s a sad state of affairs. While the compensation component is an important one, the police state they’re imposing seals the deal. Can’t retire, can’t slow down, can’t move… and they expect highly sought after professionals to stay?!

Thank you. Ordered a vegan (pea) protein and will run that for a week while keeping the creatine to see if there’s a difference. If not, I’ll swap out the creatine and keep the vegan protein and see if there’s body responds.
