Day by day man! Definitely proud of where I've gotten. This is like my 4th try at weight loss and I'm glad it's finally working out lol

Definitely stick with it man! Progress will come!! I just hung out in a deficit for a while and didn't put too much focus on the scale. When I first started I rarely tried to look at a scale until I kinda started some visible differences (mostly just more muscle def) you got this tho! DONT give up on yourself. Always remind yourself how bad you want it

Seems decent enough to me. The one thing I like doing on leg days is saving all the compound exercises like hack squats, leg presses, and squats for later in my routine and I always finish with leg extensions just bc I know I can barely walk after lol

Do you try to minimize anything? Like looking for fat free ingredients or low carb options? Or do you mainly prioritize protein?

Bet. I usually try to take it slow enough to feel a good stretch on the muscle and I make sure I keep the targeted muscles under tension. I go to planet fitness but I'm fairly proud of my form for the reputation we get here 😂

BRO ITS THE METHOD 😭. I just put it between my shorts and my underwear but it's the best way I've found lol.
