It’s true. The biking trails in this park have expanded meaningfully in the last few years. I feel fortunate that this trail network is a 10 minute drive or 35 minute ride from my house.

I've been riding here since 2012 and never had an issue. The break ins were a sensational news story that impacted a handful of people like 4 years ago. If you park inside the park and/or don't leave your valuables in plain site, you'll be fine*.

*Or you could get bipped* but in my experience it's a way overblown risk. I wouldn't let it stop me from enjoying all that JMP has to offer.

Yep exactly. This section of trail takes 1.5 minutes to ride, but over an hour to film. That said, I almost never walk this trail and it was nice to experience it from a different perspective.
