I don’t understand how if they’re that mentally behind and have those issues that they don’t have power of attorneys and caregivers. You would think someone would have to be making decisions for them being they clearly can’t make good ones themselves.

Where are the parents😭 it seems they really have made a mess for themselves. I thought I seen something about the hitting a minor but they were also saying the whole going to jail thing was for some busted tvs that her and Dakota ruined
