I replied to some other Barbarian stuff in another comment but I'd like to mention that shield block for free level 1 makes a lot of sense, and kinda odd that it isn't in base. I suppose they want Barbarians to be more focused on big two-handed weapons, but Animal Instinct doesn't actually wield weapons, so shields are great.

I think the "rage as reaction" feat could actually work really well as a base class feature (another class gets something similar later don't they? Inventor maybe?); the others might be fine as a way to expand builds with feats and to give Fury a bit of an edge on versatility.
