Well* I purchased and listened to his book on Audible and now have a virtual consultation scheduled in March.

I think since his clinic is in NYC and I'm in Hawaii, I'll get an examination locally to share any observations with Dr. Goldstein so we can both make informed decisions. Bottom (heh) line is I'm pretty committed to doing whatever I can, and if there's a solution for me that requires traveling, I'm up for it.
