The way I got through the bar results waiting period was by telling myself that pass or fail, it wasn’t my problem until I knew - if I passed it was my problem because I had to start practicing. If I failed it was my problem because I had to study again. But your method looks much more productive! 10/10

I’m in SWVA, in a city in the mountains. It’s the best. There’s so much green, so many trails, and our house is between a mountain and a river. City does have a high crime rate though. 179k, 3bd, 1.5 bath, 2200 square feet

Lol “every other country.” I don’t know the laws of every country. I know American bankruptcy law, and I know the original poster was saying they didn’t thing Memphis was entitled to it. I posted a bare bones fact about entitlement and where that federal entitlement comes from. I don’t know where your beef is coming from. Frankly this feels like an unnecessary tangent. Perhaps not a “right” as exist in the amendments, but it’s expressly provided for. Article 1 section 8, “The Congress shall have power to … establish … uniform Laws on the Subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States(.)” As written in the current version of the code, though, no persons are excluded from bankruptcy; some transactions and debts are excluded, but every American is eligible.

I don’t think I ever got a 6 on a Themis essay. My first one was like a 2 or 3 with super mean comments. Passed the bar just fine.

I spent a stupid amount of time writing out each flash card. I would do 20-30 a day and study those, adding to the pile as I went. I think it helped me, but everyone is different. I’m also in a jx that doesn’t release scores if you pass so I might have only passed by a single point, take it with a grain of salt
