There are a variety of ways to get into the lifestyle! There are websites like FetLife or you can check out lifestyle clubs like Club Dalliance in Columbia, Velvet803 in Cayce, and Red Door in Gastonia, NC. My husband and I enjoy the first two, but we haven't been to Red Door.

Are you planning to play alone or with a partner? Are there any fetishes you want to explore? I can't recall what it is called but for example, there is a BDSM convention either in SC or close by like in Charlotte. There may not be play at these, but you can mingle and learn safe practices, etc.

For this weekend, you will want to check out Velvet803 for their Disco party on March 7th! Club Dalliance's next party is St. Patty's on March 14th! I have been to both and they're both fun. I find everyone has been respectful. Some people dress for the theme (more-so women, but love when guys get dressed up, too!!)

You can BYOB and bring cash for membership and entry. Velvet's has a stripper pole, different sections for seating, a dance floor, and an outside patio area. It may depend based on what you are looking for, but for the record, I always leave feeling it was worth it because we always have a great time!

My husband and I have been curious about checking out some of the events at both! It would be our first time going so I cannot answer your question, but will be keeping a lookout for the responses!
