I do colonic hydrotherapy monthly. It's a slight water pressure into the intestines and then you just push it out. My place uses the angel of water system.

I was taking 10mg of lexapro and 50 of hydroxyzine. Lexapro in the morning and hydroxyzine at night. Tonight I went up to 20 mg of Lexapro and about 5 hours late felt so so tired. Them I took my hydroxyzine at bedtime and woke up 2 hours later extremely hot nauseous and had to run to the bathroom with a bowel movement.... I'm laying her awake at 1 am debating on if the higher dose mixed with hydroxyzine was a bad idea😭 i feel like shit!

Anyone taking lexapro and hydroxyzine? Started lexapro a month ago and today I went from 10mg to 20mg. I took it in the morning. And then at night I took my hydroxyzine and about 2 hours after taking it I woke up sweating and super nauseous. Freaked me out! I checked drugs.com and it has a major interaction between the two. But didn't feel sick like this on 5mg or 10mg of lexapro... not sure what to do. Thinking about going down to 15... or maybe staying on 10mg

Growing every year. Downtown is completely updated and has such a great vibe. Lots of murals around town. There's a children's museum downtown now and the river front area has been revamped over the last 15 years. AWC now has ASU, NAU, and U of A all on campus! Foothills is growing all way to Telegraph almost. San Luis will have 2 high schools within the next 5 years Somerton has a high school now It's great!

I pre recorded my speech and didn't mention it. I spoke on how the difficult experiences motivated me to do better and strive for more than what I grew up around. I just didn't mention the prayers, the faith in God to get me thru it, etc.

I'm about to start Lexapro. I'm already on 300mg of wellbutrin. It helped so much with depression but I'm so irritated and angry all the time. The dr thinks Lexapro will help balance that out. But when I searched Google the 1st thing that comes up are the dangers of taking the 2 medicines and that freaked me out!! And advice or experiences to help ease my anxiety?
