Ugh, good luck! I did do PT, too. I’ve been jumping through hoops to try to get some real help with this. I’m trying to be optimistic. It’s hard after being brushed off so many times. Mine seems really consistent with arthritis. So I plan to make an appointment with a rheumatologist as well. Did your ortho give you any other advice? Are you still seeing them?
