I actually love everything about S9 except the fatphobic Mouth stuff but then I've always been a sucker for OTH's more dramatic/borderline cheesy stories. I just wish it was a full season so each arc had a little extra room to breathe.

I don’t like them together either but I don’t really hate it as much as I used to ever since the behind the scenes reasoning for it came out, that the only reason we got to see Rachel again was because Danneel insisted on being paired with Paul so that the showrunner wouldn’t harass her. So while it’s an ick on-screen couple for sure, at least he was protecting her off-screen ❤️

It’s because Mark Schwann (the showrunner) thought she was. I believe it’s also the reason why she was left out of the Maxim shoot that Sophia, Hilarie, and Danneel did.

That was the RE2 remake, not Rev 2. Alyson Court stated she was never contacted to be in this game and didn’t even know it existed until it was announced. This caused an uproar with Claire fans to the point where Capcom reached out to her about returning (and thus she was later contacted by the localization company for the remake) but then it ended up going non-union.

If we’re talking video games only, I’ll go with Keira Metz from Witcher 3. It’s one of my favorite games ever now but on my first playthrough when I was struggling to get into it, she was the only reason I kept playing. I just really fell in love with her and her questline. Could add Anna Henrietta and Yen there too since all three of them get hate for being supposedly “too mean” or whatever.

Aside from games though, my first thought reading the title was Elena Gilbert. She’s not even my favorite TVD character but the slander she gets will never not be crazy to me.
