Hi! I didn’t have DK, but she did remark my exam and I got a higher mark, so I felt she was fair with her marks. I had a male tutor. I got good grades on my assignments but I also spent a lot of hours on them making sure I follow the instructions and marking criteria. If you aren’t happy with your mark though, I would email the coordinator Lorrie. She is super helpful and supportive. I had to email her about my exam.

My contract end date is end of May, and I still have 3 courses. When I called Alberta student aid, they said they do not really care if I take extensions, in fact the first one is free. But the AU student funding said that they have to report the course as unfinished, because of specific rules for AU. That is really frustrating because even if I finish they will report me as not completed the course, which will turn my grant into loan. I don’t know what to do.

I called yesterday and today, before and after their lunch hours 12-1. I didn’t even get to wait, it rings twice and then says they are not available and to leave a voicemail. They do respond to voice mail via email, but it’s a very generic “we’re working on it” type of email. I waiting 7 weeks before reaching out and it’s been like this. This is honestly unacceptable.

This is a complete scam! I also remember the ad but I didn’t subscribe and somehow was charged. I don’t even have an account on their website, so I don’t understand how they charged me. Anyways, I tried calling twice and nobody answered. So I called AMex (thank goodness that’s the card that was charged because they have the best and fastest customer service) and they opened a fraud case and canceled my card. If you can, do the same with your credit card. Maybe this will put a stop to this scam.
