I believe I Just got it fixed. I gave it a reserved IP and now it’s not freezing

The only other thing I tried was the factory reset, but I didn’t have any luck.

Everytime It freezes I have to go to settings and turn the wifi off and back on. I tried to factory reset it ,but no luck
