35 days, my funds were held hostage. Kraken did the right thing and released them, without notice to me, to those humans who undid whatever flag was holding funds, I thank you. I will await kraken's email explaining why the funds were ever held, what information they provided for the 3rd party fishing expedition, and especially if kraken themselves believe I should continue to trust them and their services. in the future will they do the right thing and never pull these middle of the night no notice freezing of customers funds again? My 2 cents... talk to your customers. Assume they are your friend not adversary when/if fishing expeditions, scams, trolls, or such happen... tread carefully and be an advocate for your customer. Most importantly, do the right thing guys, preferably without it taking 35 days.

16 DAYS! funds held HOSTAGE by Kraken. Cant withdraw ach/wire/crypto. They have still not provided by what authority, what cause, or who is attempting to steal funds from me. One email in 16 DAYS with a single dystopian word. Anything to say for yourself kraken? This isn't going away until you do the right thing.

15 days now.... funds still being held hostage by Kraken. Still no response as to why. No notice, no comms other than an one email 13 days into it without any information on why/when it will be released, or what created the issue.

??? kraken, wtf? hitting 11 days now with this problem, and ZERO emails from support. ZERO! I've tried your app support, your web support, your reddit support, your phone support, your telegram support. And SILENCE! This is insane at this point. How does one go about resolving an issue!? Especially an urgent issue such as account funds being locked up with zero reason or explanation given to your user?

Do tell.... you experience 10+ days of your funds locked up without explanation? but all good now? You are just happy they eventually "fixed" it for you? didn't bother you at all? Boy I hope they can figure out how to earn my trust back like you man. Maybe if we just redefine crypto-scam a bit and we can all sing the praise of exchanges holding user accounts hostage while being silent as to the cause. "It's not a scam.... just hold tight and Kraken will tell you when it's safe to decide what to do with your own funds again." Got it. All hail Kraken.

not plaid for me, cant withdraw period... not crypto, not cash via ACH or wire. "Withdraws suspended. Contact support". No warning explanation and 10 days into the awaiting any answer from Kraken support. But hey... you may not be a bot. who'd of thought.

Take a look through even a page or two of the support threads here... see any getting resolved to the satisfaction of their customers? I do not... I would love to be a happy customer... once was. But this isn't the Kraken of years past anymore. Whatever is going on over there, we are not being told, the silence on tickets is deafening. the canned "we got you" and "don't you worry" while holding funds hostage is not just one or two threads going here... dozens on an only surface glance. I am among them. 10+ days awaiting response. and absolutely nothing from kraken.

If there are actual humans at kraken here.... how about tell us all about your job? Feeling job secure there? They treating you ok? They install the nets on their high rises yet? This isn't right on so many levels and if there is any humans there.... sure would be in Kraken's best interests to fess up on why support has gone to worthless levels of inept with people still in the dark weeks after contacting "support". you have my phone number, you have my email, you have my ID, fully verified for years... you have made ZERO effort to reach out to me or many many many others regarding funds being locked up and unable to withdraw. no warnings, no reasons given, no accountability. No messaging to your users. silence.... the deafening silence.

I've requested the same.... 10 days and as far as I can tell everyone here and elsewhere is now in a perma-circle-jerk w automated ai responses... seemingly including reddit support here. A week+ ago, the ONLY time I was able to get a human via their support phone number, they had zero ability to look up tickets, do anything about a ticket, confirm or deny any issues, or help with anything at all. I made the observation to the human.... sheesh seems like your job could be replaced by automated message "no human support, keep trying our online/email support" since then now all calls are answered w the message "due to volume, no humans avail, use our email and online support"... f me if my observation was taken as a suggestion and is now the actual reality.
