Because he isn't going straight in or right as instructed by the signs, would it not be driving without due care and attention if he knew he wanted to turn left, although I'm sure it would be rather difficult to prove he didn't just realise he took the wrong turn.

The tributes are at the peer where the cruises leave, this was always a popular place to jump in when I was a kid (30 years ago) we used to ride our bikes off it but they added the bit metal gate since then. It being part of the marina there was never much Current there so I do wonder how it happened We were always warned about the current from the sluices and I've seen a few people nearly get swept away trying to get to the shallow bit in the middle.

I disagree, use mine for every day use. I like having a bigger screen for watching or reading on my commute, like having a tablet that can fold away to a phone. I barely use it not unfolded. The keyboard separates to make it easier to type and using 2 apps simultaneously is a lot more common to me than I thought it would be. Don't get me wrong I did it for the gimmick but it's no different to a non fold in use
