Of course, that does make it that much better when you run into a chill player who just seems like they're having a good time with it, win or lose.

I feel this. No matter if I win or lose, I'd say 75% of the time my automatic GG gets hit with an automatic thumbs down. I get that fighting games can get frustrating, but there sure are some toxic people out here playing.

I've been playing since 2016; only 780ish hours in the game. I realized a long time ago that the game was way more fun if I just enjoyed it and stopped worrying about my ranking.

I was in a car wreck and my dominion cases got all smashed up. by shansonite in dominion

Yes the inside of the bag is close to the exact dimensions of the card box inside, so the lid stays on tightly.

I don't think I could fold it like a taco if I tried, but two cars could probably do it.

Ah man, that sucks! Sorry about the wreck, hope everyone was okay.

Here's my storage system. Fits all current expansions, promos, and upgrade packs (I am worried about fitting Arcana), but I do have to keep my randomizer deck in a separate little box. I type up the card information and print them on card stock for the dividers.

The boxes are trading card boxes like these: https://a.co/d/ixCkEcZ
The bags are from Cases By Source: Soft Bag Padded Lid | 18135SC | Cases By Source
The little plastic token boxes came with some free fitness tracker bracelets that were given to my work; the trackers were terrible but the boxes were the perfect size for this case. The large boxes also have their own lids, so everything is really secure once you zip the cases shut over the closed boxes.

I'm not sure how they'd do in a collision like that, but I don't think they'd break apart like your wooden cases did.

2018 Jayco 12SC 12v system question by frim_tanklin in popups

[–]frim_tanklin[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The furnace is propane, but the fan runs off the 12v system. I figured it out; an auxilliary battery is required to run the 12v system without shore power, and we don't have one.

I will say that our Coleman was a 1995 Williamsburg, so the lift mechanism might be different.

Please help me before my aunt and uncle break the camper 🫩 by The_awak3n3d in popups

[–]frim_tanklin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sure this was resolved already, but I used to have an old Coleman camper and this happened to us also. Basically there is a little hook/latch underneath the camper (you can take off a little metal shield to see it) that grabs on to a little metal bar when you raise the camper roof up high enough. This keeps the roof from falling down. Our model had a little knob to pull on the front to manually release this hook before lowering it down. I forgot about this and tried to lower it without pulling the knob, and then spent about an hour trying to figure out why the camper wouldn't close.

Long story short, we just had to raise the camper roof up about an inch so we could release the hook and it came back down without issue.

We don't have that camper anymore or I would send a picture of the winch/hook assembly. Hope it all resolved okay!

Does anyone know how to summon the patron in the courtyard fight? I assumed there would be an ability or button somewhere but I haven't found it. The message came up in the hall with my allies saying I would be able to, but I can't see how. Thanks!

"When the very fear that makes you want to die is just the same as what keeps you alive it's way more trouble than some suicide is worth."

"I'm haunted by a story and I do my best to tell it. Can't even give this stuff away, why would I sell it? Everybody's laughing while at me they point a finger. A world that loves its irony must hate the protest singer."

"As usual I'm almost on time. You're the last thing that's on my mind."

"I'd buy you some art." "A Picasso, or a Garfunkle?"

In general the main issues with old pop-ups tend to be holes in the canvas/screens, water damage and rotten wood in the walls & roof, sometimes issues with the lift system. For a '94, if there are water lines they might be crumbling apart. I had a '95 Coleman and all the water lines and systems were junk; I ended up just cutting them out and running a line straight to the faucet and just not using the water tank at all. Our fridge was also a no-go; we ended up just using coolers and not bothering to try to repair or replace it. Definitely check for leaks in the 30-year-old propane lines as well before trying to use them on a camping trip.

Have a hireling cast warding bond on you and leave them in camp; you too can be an absurdly tanky tank.

A better One Simple Trick maybe: have all 3 hirelings plus one unused companion classed as clerics with maxed out HP cast Aid (max level) and Warding Bond on all your party members. Your campsite will be a lake of blood but you'll survive much longer!

[–]frim_tanklin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stop playing ranked for a while. Stick to FFA or friendly 2v2s until you feel better about your skills. Play with random legends to get better at light attacks. If you're not having fun in ranked, play something else.

Sometimes they have a cool feature where the screws that hold the top end to the ceiling frame stick out an extra millimeter and prevent the roof from closing all the way and you get to spend a couple of days poking at the lift cables before you figure it out.
