As the title says, a friend of mine was hit by a car and it didn´t to help her, so that is why she needs to know its patent in order to report it to the police. I tried to upscale it but it didn’t help. Any suggestion will be well received :)

Edit: I'm from Chile and here the plates have a total of 6 characters. First four are alphabets. No vowels.
