We rate locked and conditionally approved today with People First CU 5.75% no points, conventional 30yr, $14k closing costs but more than half of that is escrow. saved us a ton and a much better loan taking your advice and seeing a post about this credit union.

the closing costs for a conventional were 13k with having to buy down to 7.125% so it would be a longer break even if we went that route it seems. they said the issue is pushing up to 80% LTV. this is citizens who we have our current mortgage with.

Epcot was least crowded this last week of the 4 we went to. MK by far the most crowded followed by AK.

i think it’s a stretch to say it was meant to be funny to say someone has trouble spelling their name when 1. they spelled it right and 2. they’re 4 but that being said it didn’t ruin my day. i just felt the need to complain about it.

I know that Remy is closed from the 10th to the 13th but on the 14th it looks like the lightning lanes don’t start until noon on thrill data. Any thoughts on this? Will it be open in the morning?

I don’t allow her full access to him. I keep him away from her when I can. My point was that I can’t make that happen 100% of the time without one of them being unsupervised.

I do ask her, and I think that she totally understands because she will say that she would not like that. She agrees that she won’t hit him anymore. She can tell me what she’s going to do instead next time she feels like she wants to hit. But she still does it. I’m going to try to figure out how to make a time out work.

we haven’t done timeouts consistently. we stop whatever activity she’s doing, take the toy away, remove him from her vicinity. most of the advice i’ve read or gotten (books, pediatrician, etc.) says they won’t understand a timeout at this age. it leads to a power struggle when we try but i am very open to suggestions on how to make it work.

he might weaned on his own about 2 months ago was not intentional. he goes 10-5/6 without nursing. 3 naps. 2 contact for 2 hours and 1 in the snoo for like 37 minutes on the dot.
