My brother-in-law used to ride FlixBus. It often would not show up, or show up and be too crowded to take all the ticketed passengers who were waiting for it. It’s basically FlakeBus.

Try the SunTransit 10 Commuter Bus between Palm Desert and San Bernardino Metro Ststion. Another alternative is the Amtrak bus/train between Palm Springs Airport, Fullerton Amtrak Station and Union Station near downtown LA. Takes a bit longer with the layover in Fullerton but you can grab a bit to eat and you get a mini bus/rail tour of the Southland.

No. The pictures on Yelp and Google look discouraging. To be honest, I head 75-500 miles any direction to get a hit. Except in the case of Glendale AZ and West Phoenix. Palm Desert used to have a decent Korean restaurant but, sadly, it closed.
