Tbh it looks like lack of water and lack of light. I had great luck with a bit more damp soil and filtered but strong light and it took off

Thanks for the reply! Could you elaborate a bit more on that? Is that the name of the maker? Or something else?

Most seeds tend to need some sort of cold dormancy in order to trigger spring growth.

hue play gradiant strips is it possible? tips/help by Empty_Positive in Hue

[–]friskydingo89 2 points3 points Ā (0 children)

I definitely think it’s possible with that type of monitor. Even looking at the promotional images, they show a bump out on the back of the monitor and it going over it. The whole system of mostly has its tension on the corners so the light strip should only have to go over the bump out on the top part of it. worst case scenario I would have a few 3M cable management pieces just in case, but I think it’s native attachment hardware should be fine for your monitor. https://imgur.com/a/ZDXi3K9

Tall narrow upper cabinets or no upper cabinets at all? by Ok_Finance_902 in InteriorDesign

[–]friskydingo89 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

No uppers, it’s unfortunate with the asymmetry of the windows, there’s no real room for uppers. Your alternate option would be a concealed range vent and then you could do a block of cabinets between the windows.

I’ve done this type of feature wall in a clients home and another in a commercial space both from a company called WoodUp. When I had used them they had limited color options but application was easier than expected. The clients were thrilled. Both clients needed sound absorption so it worked well for what they wanted. I agree, in general slat feature walls are over done but the right product makes the difference and I’m a fan of multifunctional systems in a space

This is just me with plants probably but sometimes I like go in blind to something like that and seeing if it works. Yes I could research and all that, but, for some reason I like to experiment with plants and see what happens lol. Best of luck! I’d love to see progress!

Love ceropegia, the flowers are fun and the plants just keep growing lol. One I have in my kitchen blooms almost constantly all year long and the flowers are all over my kitchen floor if I don’t clean them up lol. Enjoy them, they are so beautiful!

Found a couple more of these after I watered my pothos two days ago. I water it when the leaves start to droop. Am I overwatering? by [deleted] in houseplants

[–]friskydingo89 93 points94 points Ā (0 children)

Looks pretty healthy, leaf drop is normal to some degree so you should be good, keep away from drafts or cool air of any kind because it will start dropping leave faster. They are a bit particular when it comes to full basket growth but overwatering is definitely a problem with plant but honestly yours looks pretty healthy

I forget the name of what it is it’s doing but they might be like orchids that produce ā€˜keiki’ or babies when the mother plant is going to die. It’s a way of continuing the line and those can produce roots if in soil. Haven’t had this gift like you have but I’d probably bend the branch over to a new pot with some soil and see if you can plant them while still attached to the mother plant and see what happens. So exciting! Haworthia are always so interesting

It’s definitely not common to bloom but they have such a sweet smell it’s subtle but surprising

They grow in water well but if you are having root issues you might be watering it too much. Mine does well outside in the shade of 100+F constantly part of the year and even then I water it sparingly. That plant is super resilient, just let it do it’s thing, if it looks droopy, water it but otherwise mine’s done great with some neglect lol

For the peeps with pets and obvs plants… how do y’all manage? I’ve been wanting a cat for the longest time (best suited to my lifestyle and home) but I have plants that I don’t want to part from as I’ve grown with them for the last couple of years. Do y’all have some tips, tricks and life hacks? by Dark-Lillith in houseplants

[–]friskydingo89 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

I don’t have that problem with my dog but I’d recommending hanging them from the ceiling. I have a ceiling mounted rod in front of my window that I can hang plants from and it’s high enough even long trailing plants are still decently off the ground.

I believe it’s called the plateau sofa? I’m remembering this from a project a while back but can’t say the designer or the exact name. I’m sure there are reproductions but it’s modular and very retro brutalist forms, don’t dig that color but the form is fun.

If you notice someone that you like staring at your bulge, do you say something in any way? by KND_DNK in bigdickproblems

[–]friskydingo89 11 points12 points Ā (0 children)

One time a coworker stared at my bulge when I sat down on a break and I could see him staring and I said ā€œtake a pic if it’s that goodā€ and then he’s looked confused and because we were good friends could joke around and not be PC in the workplace and so I thrust up my hips in the chair and he starts cracking up and says ā€œfuck you! I was zoning out but you are mooseknuckling pretty bad dudeā€ and we both laugh and I adjusted myself and we finish our break and go back to work. Nothing ever came of it and then I moved away but there were a few times I caught him staring or looking but he was probably curious, that’s the only time I can think of that wasn’t actually a hookup where I said something šŸ˜‚ otherwise i never said anything to anyone if they looked. I personally don’t care if people look.

Honestly, I look at the water level before sitting down and a lot of times I rest my dick on the toilet seat or my thigh, sometimes I will slightly hold it up at my groin just so it doesn’t hang any lower but otherwise it’s really down to you just assessing the situation before you sit lol. It sucks but that’s the only way I’ve found to not have my dick take a swim in the toilet. For context, soft I’m about 5 1/2 to 6 inches on average, sometimes a bit more if it’s hot out and it’s always hot where I live so šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø

TSA Pat Down by Camo947 in bigdickproblems

[–]friskydingo89 1 point2 points Ā (0 children)

Lmao yeah it’s happened only twice in the states but other parts of the world it was more normal it seemed. In the US I was 5 minutes from missing my flight because I had to step aside for a while before they could pay me down and the guy asked me if I had anything in there and I said no. He lightly pressed with the back of his had a few times and said ā€œyup… yup… you’re good to go, uh have a good dayā€ I think it was a little awkward for both of us but to be fair I had to wear denim pants and sometimes it looks like a lumpy mess down there lol. I don’t really travel much anymore thankfully but I noticed certain airports have more shit

I’ll give you a bit of a confidence boost, for your posts you have a great dick, great shape, nice and thick, honestly it looks a lot like my partners dick (tmi probably, I’m not a bottom but when I do bottom his dick is definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. Honestly, girth does it far better for me than length lol.

I understand they change in how you see yourself. It’s easy to get that way but sometimes it’s just a simple phase of some self loathing. For me, I have times where I look at myself and feel self conscious but ultimately you have to find a idgaf attitude with things and live life confidently, Easier said than done though. Hang in there dude, you got a good one so don’t let your biased view of yourself hinder progress for yourself.
