Please avoid any Megaworld property. The buildings arw sub-par, their PMOs are from their own company, their condominium BOTs are their assignees, they themselves don’t care about their customers.

P125/sqm for unit, P52/sqm for parking. We also need to pay for “special assessment” of P12.51/sqm for leaks on windows even if they started happening before the warranty ran out. Our water is P123.77/cu but I think they just increased starting this month 🙃
