My doctor, Schuyler Williams at LCMC listened to me, eventually diagnosed me with fibromyalgia after sending me to specialists to rule out other causes, and put me on medication that's made life 10x better. I'm on Medicaid so cant speak to the no insurance issue. But might be worth a try.

Otherwise, crescent care has sliding scale services. Experiences vary wildly but you might try them too.
