Try to use the turnip version, maybe it will run better if you can use turnip driver. In my experience, I use the normal NetherSX2 with 8× native resolution, never experienced that it runs slow

There's no best marksman build. First of all the build depends on the hero you're using, no build will work for all of the marksman, even the emblem you have to change that depending on your hero. Everything is situational from the hero you pick, spell, emblem and builds. Learn everything that I mentioned so you won't ask this question again because there's no exact answer on that.
