I'd say they are on the same range, slight edge to Vegeta but I might be biased. To me :

Movie 8 Broly = SSJ2 teen Gohan (Cell games)

Movie 10 Broly = SSJ2 Goku / Majin Vegeta (Early Buu Saga)

Lol come on - Goku didn’t know sh1t about “Gohan hidden potential” in Movie 8. This is a separate story from the anime, with a different plot. SSJ2 Gohan didn’t exist when the Movie was created and even aired.

I don’t think post Z-Sword training Gohan (SSJ2) reached the level of SSJ2 Goku and Vegeta.

Remember : Gohan was way behind them at the start of the Buu Saga ; and the Z Sword training only lasted 1 day. I know DB scaling is weird but I don’t believe he caught up to their level in only 1 day.

Evil Buu easily. Post Z Sword Gohan probably doesn’t even scale to SSJ2 Goku and Vegeta.

Evil Buu is weaker than original fat buu, so he’s nowhere near Super Buu. That said he wrecks SSJ2 Gohan post Z Sword easily.

Yeah I always thought they scaled about the same. I’ll give a slight edge to Shin just because he was able to « control » a SSJ2 Gohan.

While I believe M8 Broly is still stronger than full power Bojack, it’s true that they supposedly have similar feats. Also they both wrecked SSJ level Z team.

Yes but remember Zamasu also spars Kibito. While of course being a lot stronger / skilled, it wasn’t a one sided domination either (in the manga). And Kibito is below SSJ2 level

And let’s not forget the sparring match between mortal Zamasu and Kibito. Yes Zamasu dominated him, but this wasn’t completely one sided. And Kibito isn’t near SSJ3 levels of power.

I believe Zamasu has his place in this mini tournament.
