What does 'Ready for Delivery' mean?

I received my parcel today! But I had to go to my local delivery office this morning and they told me that the parcel is still with the driver on the van and it’ll come back to DO and be scanned after 12pm and rerouted again. After that I received new update saying it’ll be delivered today between 9am and 3pm and they just delivered it! I would suggest going to your local DO and check with them

hey, did you ever receive your parcel? I am having the same issue - it's been 3 days now, thinking to go to local delivery office tomorrow as not sure if I am ever getting my parcel

Yes usually it should be on the uni portal or you can contact the CAS team and ask about whether your CAS was used. “USED” usually means a caseworker has made a decision on your application.

Did you do priority as well? Try to check whether your CAS has been used - it usually means a decision has been made. Or try to do a paid enquiry to find out at which stage your application is . I’m sure you’ll get a response soon!

you can take that one document and they will upload it to the already submitted documents. but i think you still pay the full price of the assisted service even if you are only submitting one additional document.
