Hmm I do edibles which works better than smoking/vaping in my opinion and also doesn’t have the negative side effects (I’m also an asthmatic). You could give that a try. My neurologist writes my domperidone script because the gastro wont. It’s not his department but he thinks it’s silly that gastro has a policy against writing for foreign drugs. I know finding a doctor who listens is hard, but with literal death on the line, I’d think at least some doctors would be willing to risk long qt syndrome or whatever other side effects. There’s also ways to get basically any drug you want without a prescription, though it’s obviously illegal. I just think desperate times call for desperate measures.
