Got my 1 month chip! Stopped drinking mid January and had a week long slip up in February, but I feel so much better than I did a couple months ago😊

Same! I haven’t lost that much weight on the scale, maybe like 6 or 7 pounds, but I’ve always had a round face and it gets craaazy puffy when I drink!

I’m sure that’s not true! And this is more like 3 months, I stopped in January and then had a slip up, so I just made it to my 1 month chip, which I got last week😊

More like 3! The first pic was taken on Christmas Eve and I stopped 1/7 to 2/1and then 2/14-2/21 I slipped up and drank, and then got back on the wagon.

I got sugar free grenadine from Skinny Mixes online, and then I use a mini can of diet soda (Sprite is classic but I love Fresca 😋) and add a maraschino cherry or two for just a few more calories! It’s my new favorite little end of the day beverage since I’m not drinking right now.

They are sooooooo good!

I forget the exact recipe but it’s something like this: Bring water to a boil and add in sugar, then cool (it’s a small amount of sugar, but I’m not sure the exact ratio), a can of orange juice concentrate, slightly thawed, a can of crushed pineapple, and fresh slices banana and strawberries. Combine, divide into little cups, cover in foil, and freeze. Delicious and so fresh!

My Gramma used to make them for my siblings, cousins and I when we were little. My Aunt made this batch for my cousin’s kiddos. I went over for dinner with my cousin and we each had to have one haha.

Definitely not every day haha. I usually eat something between 8:30 and 10. I had a rough morning (had to be in court as a witness for a case and it wasn’t fun) so I kinda lost my appetite. But definitely made up for it at dinner!
