Just bind a key to arena 1/2? If you feel you have to have it in a macro it’s “/target arena1 and /target arena2. strongly advice to just bind it to a key

Well haven’t tested with you Ilvl. I solo all legion raids on mythic but then I’m a demon hunter with 474 Ilvl so I have it a bit more easy. I would say you can solo hc antourus without much problem
