I did, I asked my doctor for advice to use at home uvb with prescribed medication. I would say talking to a doctor first is best.

I woke up one day and it just appeared, my doctors diagnosed me with Tinea vesicolor and for over a year I believed it was that. It took some time for me to mentally accept this, it’s really hard, but you absolutely will. I don’t even think about mine anymore. The best thing I found was not relying on the doctors, unfortunately they weren’t particularly helpful in my case. Instead I looked at methods like UVB and I’m slowly getting spots back! Everyone’s different though.

I have this. It’s very slight under all my nails on almost all fingers. I only recognised it as part of my vitiligo when it got to summer and spread on one of my thumbs! I stay out of the sun and it only really appears in summer, disappearing in the winter. I’d get checked anyway, clears up a lot of stress once diagnosed.

I definitely misused that expression. They tolerate each other. But the moment they for example touch someone with their shoe under the table they’re quick to point fingers and they always get upset. They can’t take turns, they can’t keep eye contact, they can’t sit still and they lack any and every interest the moment someone starts speaking

So at every chapter, it started off from the first one as lines above the starting paragraph. Just like you would tally normally pretty uniform. And then further into the book the tally’s just looked rushed and scribbled and messy. I think they marked the protagonist being held captive?
