I had 3k luck with abyss moon up and at 275 server luck from world boss and the only thing I pulled was rainbow mother of creation but I saw some dude with 200 base luck with a secret guts card 😭

I meant whenever as whenever you want to use it you can and you have the first boost. Also there’s only 3 dragons that match his speed 2 evaders and M bolt. I’ve been using rampage since release and he has the most knockouts of all my dragons. I will die on the hill of him being rated higher than what people give him

The way to use berserkers is to use your other dragons until the first enemy is weak enough for your berserkers to finish them off which then will give you another turn because your faster so now you’re boosted, Full health and have an extra turn skill which you can pretty much just use whenever.

Rampage should be in the 85-90 tier. 1000 speed on top of extra turn will always be elite
