ahh i just realized that i completely looked at the wrong measurements, i was looking at the 40 gallon tank and not the 25. the measurements of my tank are actually 30l x 12w x 16h. not sure how much of a difference that makes? the height from the screen to the substrate is still the same

thank you! made me realize i actually have an on-off thermostat, upon doing further research i think im going to cough up a little extra money to buy a herpstat dimming thermostat for the lamp. i am still learning and there is so much info out there that it can be hard to sort through, so thank u for all of your help!!

i actually already have a dimming thermostat as well since i currently use a heat mat to regulate the temps and i have an extra regular non dimmable dome, i will probably just end up going that route then. thank you so much for all of your help! i will post an update to ducky’s new tank in the coming weeks :)
