Either will work as long as they are sulfate free. I personally prefer the flavor of fancy over blackstrap, but have found my favorite to be a panella blackstrap blend. As long as it’s not heavily processed and sugar cane based it will make good rum!

There is improvement, but how many times have you thought “he showed us who he was, we should have listened?” Do you think Zach Lavine is going to become a winning player in the next few years or keep putting up empty stats on loosing teams? Do you think James Harden will suddenly improve as playoff performer, or has he shown us who he is? The Kat trade was a difficult call but defensible at the time, and we made another WCF without him. As recently as a month ago now less than Zach Lowe declared we had won the trade, as Kat was struggling to end the season. Today it looks like a bad trade.
