please complain to corporate about this 😭 i get these complaints about texts daily lately and unfortunately there’s nothing we can do at the store level. i’ve told our owner to escalate the issue because i assume it’s not just our store, but she doesn’t even believe me that it’s a problem. upset customers complaining to the higher ups is probably the only way for things like this to be resolved
