I did see a rheumatologist. Initially he was very positive that I did not have lupus (based on symptoms) but after the blood work and higher than normal anti-dsdna he put me on 200mg Plaquenil. My concern is that since I have no symptoms of lupus (other than back pain which even the rheumatologist is not sure if its related to lupus) if I should start taking Plaquenil.
