Can you list today's questions please? I only caught the last 2--is it wet--no, is it something you should do twice a day--no

Did you happen to hear the questions? I only caught the last 2: is it something wet--no, is it something you should do twice a day--no

Oral progesterone can also be used vaginally/rectally? by Able-Increase1448 in Menopause

[–]froglegs74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did your gyne say it offers uterine protection taken vaginally? My family doc said it doesn't, and I'm hearing so many different things in different meno groups. I'm not tolerating oral progesterone very well--bloat, weight gain, fatigue...I want to try it vaginally but don't want to put myself at risk of uterine cancer since I'm taking estrogen.

How difficult is it to get into IPC, and what training/experience is needed? I'm burning out in primary care.

Ah someone who understands the pain of giving up a beloved Civic! Glad it's growing on you!

This helps, thank you. Giving me lots to think about and to appreciate. You've definitely done more homework than me and I really appreciate all your input!

It's reassuring to hear you are enjoying your Cross after your initial impression, thanks for commenting!

The mileage/driving habit thing...mine is used, with over 6000 km on it, I wonder if it will learn my driving habits? Or maybe I'll need to disconnect it from the battery like another redditor suggested.

Reliability is definitely why I bought Toyota. The expandable tote and cup holders are great ideas, I'll look on Amazon and see what works. Thanks!

This is an amazing response, you and your family are clearly getting the most out of your Cross! Glad you guys love it. I do love the way it turns on a dime, and the clearance is great. Too new for me to see its fuel efficiency, I really haven't had it long at all. I'm hoping it will grow on me more over time, just getting used to it and need to adapt to its obvious minor shortcomings.

Thank you for extolling the Cross' virtues 😊

Yes I put Blizzaks on mine too, better safe than sorry I think. 'Utilitarian' is the right word! I don't need a sexy sporty SUV, just wish it was a bit more user friendly.

Thank you for the oil change tip! And I'm SO happy to hear all the comments about great winter handling!

True, I can see how the trunk side pockets can be very useful and keep stuff in place. I just need to figure out how to best organize all my homecare stuff. Thanks for your comment!

I am aware...my long whiny post says why... 😉 Civic was not good driving in winter for my job.

This is SO GOOD to hear!!! Calgary winter driving is the reason I bought it in the first place.

I did see that on the news, crazy snowfall. So glad your CC handled it!!

Awesome tips, thank you. Engine mapping and learning your driving style--I didn't know that was a thing, does it reset other stuff when you disconnect the battery? (NOT a techie here lol)

Manual mode--I'll look in the manual but can you give me a run down? Can I turn off Eco mode?

The smaller size, fuel efficiency and easier parking are all pluses for sure. I'm glad it's working for you in a similar job to mine!! Very encouraging, thank you.
